Five product families, three languages, and marketing runs it without us.

Nomentia is a European treasury and cash management software company, formed when Analyste (who we started with in 2019) merged with OpusCapita. The new company got a new website, built from scratch, and we’ve been the hands on it ever since: turning other people’s designs into a module library their marketing team uses without us.

The brief, every time

We build it into something the team can operate.

A design file shows one page in one state. This website needs the same components to hold up across a five-part product suite and its thirty-odd sub-pages, in three languages, filled in by people who have never opened a code editor.

That gap is the work. Every module gets the states the design didn’t draw: empty, overflowing, one item, twelve items, no image, a headline three times too long, German compound nouns that refuse to break.

What a module ships with

Editor fields, named in plain language

Not “module_variant_2”. If a marketer can’t tell what a field does, it will be filled in wrong.

Sensible limits instead of instructions

A grid that only accepts three or six cards can’t be broken by adding a fourth.

Every language in the same template

One module, three locales. No forked copies drifting apart over the years.

Behaviour under real content

Tested empty, tested overfull, tested with the image missing, because all three happen.

The hardest module

The navigation

The Nomentia mega-menu open on Solutions: five columns headed Connect, Pay, Forecast, Control and Optimise, each listing five or six sub-solutions with one-line descriptions, plus an Integrations strip and a contact card along the bottom

Hundreds of pages we never touched.

Solution pages, use cases by role and by industry, customer references, blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, events, campaign landing pages. The overwhelming majority were assembled by Nomentia’s own marketing team.

A module library is only good if the people using it every day stop asking the developer for help. That’s the shape this relationship has: they build, we extend the library when something genuinely new is needed.

Several redesigns in, the site has never gone quiet waiting on us.

“Adepto Digital has been our key partner for website development for many years. They’re extremely reliable, deliver high-quality work, and help us continuously, even very promptly, with ad-hoc requests. Their communication is very clear, and once changes are made, they provide easy-to-follow steps for new ways of working. You barely need to instruct Adepto Digital. Because of their experience, they quickly understand what needs to be done, and they start working independently to provide you with the best possible result. Adepto helped us with varying tasks, such as overhauling the entire design of our website based on our designers’ work and making the website technically optimal. We also continuously work on website improvements together. We have noticed that Adepto Digital can implement almost anything on our website. We have been extremely happy with Adepto Digital, and we will continue to use their services in the future.”
