DBT is a Swedish lender providing business loans from 5 to 50 million kronor. We help them with all things HubSpot, mostly module development: whatever their marketing team needs the website to do next, built as something they can then use themselves.

The shape of the work
A request, not a project.
Most of what arrives here is one thing at a time: a new section the marketing team wants on a page, a layout the current modules can’t quite make, something on the site that needs to behave differently on a phone. No kickoff, no scope document, just a description and a deadline.
That only stays cheap if each answer is a module rather than a one-off page. Build it once, with fields, and the next time they want the same thing somewhere else it costs them nothing.

This is the least dramatic kind of cooperation we have, and one of the most useful: the marketing team asks for something new, and it ends up on the site, working properly, and built so they can make changes themselves without needing a developer.
No request is too small to be worth doing well. The ones that look like five minutes are usually the ones that decide whether the site is still coherent a year from now.
Same discipline as our longest partnerships, at a different scale: build it so the next change is cheap.
